TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
I hereby agree not to disclose any information of a confidential nature which I may receive as a member of PortfolioExec.com
- I acknowledge that membership of PortfolioExec.com is conditional upon my paying the annual subscription on, or soon after the due date when requested. I also understand that if I fail to pay after the appropriate reminders my membership will be cancelled.
- I consent to waive any claim or right of action against PortfolioExec.com in the event of loss or damage of any kind during the course of any event or function I may choose to attend.
- From time to time members may be indentified by name in our news on the website or in connection with PortfolioExec organised events or opportunities. Members agree to this unless they notify the Membership Secretary in writing that they do not wish to be so identified, in which case every effort will be made not to identify the member concerned (although this cannot be guaranteed).
- New memberships will be for a one-year period subject to acceptance and renewable by mutual agreement year on year. Members must pay the annual fee (currently £360 + VAT) promptly and we will issue a personalised Membership Card and welcome letter usually within 21 days of payment.
- If a member should decide to resign membership within 30 days of of the date of his/her welcome letter a full refund (less and administrative charge of £25 + VAT) will be made
- PortfolioExec and it's founder members reserve the right to refuse membership without any explanation whatsoever if an applicant fails to meet our criteria
- By completing the Apply to Join section and ticking the Terms and Conditions boc you agree you have both read and accept the above
