North West Property Funding/JV

A very successful specialist care provider has a need for assistance in providing funding for the acquisition of property for the care Companies Service Users. The accommodation is managed by a Charity and operates akin to a Registered Social Landlord, with the rental payments being met by Housing Benefit.  The directors of the Care Company now wish to develop their property portfolio, creating leases to the Charity.  They currently own some properties but still have around 80 that are leased and all let, and it is these that they wish to acquire. The nature of the client group means there are no voids.  Typically the properties are 2 bed terraced with a value of £100/150k all in the North West. They would be interested in speaking to potential property investors/ JV partners.
